I just discovered the joys of CCS alpha-filters in conjunction with DIV's. I am now using a semi-transparent layer over a photo on a web site I designed. However, it only works on PC's. I know it is possible to have semi-transparent layers that work on Mac's. I think its done with Javascript instead of CSS, but I can't seem to find any scripts or documentation about it online.
I'd also like to know if its possible to modify the scroll bars in Safari as you can do in CSS on PC's. I hate that bubbly blue scroll bar.
