IIRC its a fatty type of junk that accumulates through your blood and sort of clots up. Kind of like a pimple but sticks around longer. They go away on their own.

My question is who the hell is cutting that guy open to take it out. Certainly doesn't look or sound like a doctor.

my buddy has a cyst on his back bigger than that. That's exactly what the dr. did, and my buddy being hard core and broke waived anesthesia, and they did slit it a little with a scalpel and squeezed. He named it Marla. I think he's had it done a couple times, it just keeps oozing crap. It's the nastiest thing ever.

I volunteered at a doc's office and sat in on a bunch of surgeries years ago.. cysts are about as gross as they get.

One thing that you can't tell from the videos is the smell. The smell is god aweful when that thing bursts open.

The doc lanced this one guy and I almost passed out it was so bad.

Dude fuck abcesses. I had one once and was in unbearable amounts of pain, and once the doc lanced it all the pressure and pain was nearly instantly gone. But while going through the procedure, I honestly don't think I had ever been in that much pain. Details are kinda gross, but if you really want to know I might disclose the info.
