Well anyways, yes the older it gets the more dried out and shit it becomes.. = less of an effect. Youd probably still get high but not as much of a high as if it wasnt so dried out.

Looks like the bags were vacuum packed to me, but i guess that doesn't stop it from molding :/. I can think of a few things I would have done with that chronic before it was considered a waste :). That's insane I wonder how long it just sat in that car and how many hands it has passed down without anyone knowing.
