I paid for euro bumpers at least a month ago - probablt longer - and have nothing. I've been told I'll get a tracking # twice and no cigar. He told me they got returned once - which is fine - but that was like 2 weeks ago and if they shipped when he said they would be here. He hasnt answered his phone in weeks. Anyone know this guy?

I do not know of him, but I fucking hate that excuse of they shipped and were returned to me bullshit. Simply because it will cost for the sender to ship the package again. If it was sent out and returned provide me a tracking # to prove it !!! Oh well thats my rant for the day good luck with this fucking deadbeat and hope all works out for you -
Post up his contact info, whatever you have for him.
I would also start the payment dispute IMMEDIATELY- especially if it's Paypal and I hope you paid using a credit card, otherwise you are screwed as far as getting ANY help at all from Paypal.
If he's legit, he can reply here and 'splain hisself........if not, then you might need to be prepared to drive all night!!
I'm not a big billy badass who thinks that everything can be solved by ass kicking- but I AM a firm believer that if a few guys showed up on someone's front porch looking for these guys who pull this bullshit- that getting a refund would not be that hard. And maybe word would get around and some of this shit would stop.

LoL.. I tried buying those bumpers from him over TWO YEARS AGO... as well as his 1984 baur. He baiscally told me I should call him to make arrangements to come pick everything up the next thursday. Well let's just say he never replied PMs/emails/Phone for a few month. He told me it was cancer + divorce. Ok i believed him. Three months later i see his 325is for sale... same story again and when i finally got a hold of him i told him to go fuck himself (maybe i still have the pm, i'll check)
i don't *think* he is trying to screw you, he just sucks at modern day communication.

Hey Patrick, I assure you that the bumpers are on the way. I also apologize for not getting your calls or keeping in touch. This has been an extremely busy week at my "real job" You will have your bumpers within the next 2-3 days. I have not seen any indication that you have called me. That is probably my fault since I do not usually respond to calls with unfamiliar numbers. Again, you have my full and sincere apologies on all of this. I will do what you feel is necessary to fix this. Sorry that I can be kind of flaky about communication. I will do better.
Julien, I had become seperated from the mother of my children, not divorced. I had polyps removed from my left lung, not cancer. That was a very trying time in my life. I probably should not have initiated in trying to sell you anything at that time, simply because my life was crazy then. I apologized to you then and I apologize to you now. Just want to note that he has been great and responsive throughout this entire process. I just haven't been able to get in contact w/ him in the past 2 or so weeks and its been a while since I have paid. I appreciate your response and eagerly await the bumpers. I wouldn't hesitate buying from him again - i know large items like this are a pain to ship and I had already known it would be a while - just didn't know it owuld be this long. I can see where this guy might need a break, but he really needs to either give you a tracking # or refund your money.
If things were so bad, he should have pulled his ad back when all this was going on.
Time to escalate this & start the process to retrieve your money or just consider it a donation to his sad state of affairs.
You only have a set timeframe to start the complaint process, so you need to decide & do it.
