After your & the other guy's experience, Mr. isluv is on my list of people I wouldn't deal with. I can learn from other peoples' experiences/mistakes, especially over money.

I talked to him last night over the phone. Sounds like another case of when it rains it pours. I'm in no hurry - and like I said - I've been in his shoes. communication is key. I know whats up now so im happy for a week or so. lol

Next time you might as well just roll up your cash & burn it - you only have a set period of time to get your money back, and you are giving him another week. That's extremely nice of you to tell him you're not in a hurry, but he needs to send you back your money then until he's ready to ship, wouldn't you agree?


People who start a sale, take peoples' money & then sit on the parts just blow my mind - that's total crap. You know he'd be all over you if tables were turned.

I can even feel for the guy with his issues - BUT A SIMPLE PAYPAL REFUND TAKES LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.

Or more simple would have been to pull his ad when trouble hit, or to tell you not to send payment until he had a box taped & sealed to go.

It's like someone thinks that all their problems are more important than the fact that they have money that isn't rightly theirs yet. It's such a disrespectful act I just can't identify.

Not as bad as panhandling on the internet, but almost. Sorry to get in your business, but this as a general practice just gets under my skin.

I can see where this guy might need a break, but he really needs to either give you a tracking # or refund your money.

If things were so bad, he should have pulled his ad back when all this was going on.

Time to escalate this & start the process to retrieve your money or just consider it a donation to his sad state of affairs.

You only have a set timeframe to start the complaint process, so you need to decide & do it.

Just want to note that he has been great and responsive throughout this entire process. I just haven't been able to get in contact w/ him in the past 2 or so weeks and its been a while since I have paid. I appreciate your response and eagerly await the bumpers. I wouldn't hesitate buying from him again - i know large items like this are a pain to ship and I had already known it would be a while - just didn't know it owuld be this long. Mods - please delete this thread.

This has been an extremely busy week at my "real job" You will have your bumpers within the next 2-3 days. I have not seen any indication that you have called me. That is probably my fault since I do not usually respond to calls with unfamiliar numbers. Again, you have my full and sincere apologies on all of this. I will do what you feel is necessary to fix this. Sorry that I can be kind of flaky about communication. I will do better.


Julien, I had become seperated from the mother of my children, not divorced. I had polyps removed from my left lung, not cancer. That was a very trying time in my life. I probably should not have initiated in trying to sell you anything at that time, simply because my life was crazy then. I apologized to you then and I apologize to you now.
