LoL.. I tried buying those bumpers from him over TWO YEARS AGO... as well as his 1984 baur. He baiscally told me I should call him to make arrangements to come pick everything up the next thursday. Well let's just say he never replied PMs/emails/Phone for a few month. He told me it was cancer + divorce. Ok i believed him. Three months later i see his 325is for sale... same story again and when i finally got a hold of him i told him to go fuck himself (maybe i still have the pm, i'll check)
i don't *think* he is trying to screw you, he just sucks at modern day communication.

I would also start the payment dispute IMMEDIATELY- especially if it's Paypal and I hope you paid using a credit card, otherwise you are screwed as far as getting ANY help at all from Paypal.
If he's legit, he can reply here and 'splain hisself........if not, then you might need to be prepared to drive all night!!
I'm not a big billy badass who thinks that everything can be solved by ass kicking- but I AM a firm believer that if a few guys showed up on someone's front porch looking for these guys who pull this bullshit- that getting a refund would not be that hard. And maybe word would get around and some of this shit would stop.

I do not know of him, but I fucking hate that excuse of they shipped and were returned to me bullshit. Simply because it will cost for the sender to ship the package again. I paid for euro bumpers at least a month ago - probablt longer - and have nothing. I've been told I'll get a tracking # twice and no cigar. He told me they got returned once - which is fine - but that was like 2 weeks ago and if they shipped when he said they would be here. He hasnt answered his phone in weeks. Anyone know this guy?
