That one only looks so real because it's been airbrushed more beyond the factory, and had more makeup and other details added. There was a thing on HBO Real Sex about them, and they showed that picture when they were talking about them. It's done by a guy that takes them after people buy them, and does more to them to make them look more real, he charges like $3,000.
