Make sure that the ramps are retractable and/or detachable. Even though the actual height of the raised lift will permit your car to be parked underneath, the slope of the ramps will prohibit the 2nd car from going under it.

Secondly, I personally wouldn't say anything to the association about it. It's one of those situations where forgiveness is easier to obtain than permission. Also, if you get it, paint the whole thing flat black so that it will be less obvious to the neighbors

only thing you need to consider, other than the obvious head room needed for car lift, but the concrete is thick enough. First ask if the leasor knows. If you have the place already, drill a hole. Last, since this is a 4-leg style, the chances are much less that the floor crack anyhow. 4 inch, you should be ok, less, and you might want big footers.

I thought most of the storage lifts have pans to prevent that?

    Parking lift/s

Does anyone here have one of these installed in their garage? I'm contemplating on buying a condo with a 1 car garage but refusing to give up or put my 2nd M3 in a storage unit. Any recommendations, suggestions & reviews would be helpful. Thanks to all.
