Kellie might post Ben here (kidding Ben) - but the intent is to post your favorite shop tool(s).
My 3 favorite:
Pneumatic Oil/Liquid Extractor :
I got one based on Mike Swale's high praise of them. I never knew just how much I'd like it - best $100 I've spent at Griot's ever.
Dewalt 18v saw:
My Dad made fun of me getting one, until he used it. It's no replacement for a proper worm-drive & chop saw, but if you already have any brand cordless drill, adding a saw if you build/repair fences or light construction is totally worth it. Plus your significant other won't mind chopping a board herself with one. I had 18v Dewalt, so to keep battery inventory simple I got the saw based on what I had already. I also have a Sawzall in 18v, and it sees some use too, but not nearly like the circular.
Foam pad (Sears, but Griot has a $$$ one)
I'm not as young as some of y'all - and much more than swapping 4 wheels & tires and my kneecaps tell me about it. I found one of these in a bargain bin at Sears, so I got one. Now they're on sale, and I about wore mine out. It's also a great pillow for your head & upper spine when you're on your sheet of cardboard. I've seen the Griot one, but I like the Sears one better & it's 1/4 the cost. If you are doing the carpet scrap thing, go spend the $7. I fully expect Blunt will have something to add here.

How about you all? Also, don't just give some half-ass description - Show us (me)a link where you can get it, or at the least give us a vendor. My intent here is a thread where we can benefit from each others' knowledge of what's out there since none of us have seen or used everything.
