Any Mac people here? Need printer help

I'm having problems getting my old-ish HP photosmart 7350 to work with my new mac mini. I've installed all the latest HP software for mac and it still gives me the same message, "waiting for device" in the print queue. Any ideas?

if the printer isint supported anymore it might not work because the new mac minis run on intel and your printer might be from the power pc days so you might not have the right software

delete the printer in printer setup utility, unplug the printer, re-plug it back in and re-add the printer

Its a pc based printer that i used without any problems on my PC.

So I got this far using HP's online troubleshooting guides and bulletins. After deleting all the old cache files, i get to this screen and then the drivers still don't pop up in the list.

click ok, click on the windows printing dropdown menu and select the hp photosmart selection and your printer should show up and you can add it
