    Scion Photo contest

Scion and UrbanRacer.com have had a Scion Photo contest going on for the last like 6 Months.

The contest officially ends at the end of this month (September), but a winner isn't announced till December or something.

"Photographers" submit 3 photos of a Scion and each month a bunch of finalists are chosen.

All of the "finalist" photos submitted are judged by a panel of four judges consisting of a professional automotive photographer, an editor of a top automotive magazine, an art director of a top enthusiast magazine, and an editor from UrbanRacer.Com,

I submitted 3 photos and "made" the month of August.

And apparently you can vote/leave comments for photos.

So please feel free to check out the photos I submitted (JEFF WATSON -- VIRGINIA BEACH -- AUGUST) and rank/comment.

The photographers who can submit photos are pretty much no name photographers (in the auto world)...either none to very little periodical publication.

and they're no fun to drive.

but the contest is for 5G's so, for the one day i shot a scion, it was worth it.

I really don't mind the boxy hatchbacks when done properly.

Most of the owners I come across seem to be real enthusiasts at least. I respect the work they put into them, but would I buy one? FK NO!!
