i know that they make clear film that protects the fender lip/rockers paint on Corvettes. May try to find a site that sells Corvette stuff and see if that would work.

why would you want to be seen driving that thing?

therefore, dont drive it. ride a bike.

jk, i wouldn't worry about it. its not a show car, and if you drive it everyday that clearbra will get just get blasted and eventually wear into the paint, then when you go to take it off it will be a super PITA and look like ass.

Laminx makes shit for your paint. a Clear coating just like for the headlights.

so the clear coating film sounds good, but also bad when I need to take it off

hmm, will look at that stuff and see if I can install it myself

I did my front end with lamin-x, need strong thumbs, a hair dryer and lots of time/patience.
Whoever said the film will eventually get blasted and wear into the paint, wtf, that don't happen?

The film takes some abuse but it doesn't wear into the paint, when it does get blasted, you either treat it with 303 or replace it, paint stays nice underneath. Lamin-x pulls off pretty easily once you get it started, doesn't even leave any sticky residue. I'd throw it on there asap since you just spent all that money on a paintjob.

For the sides of your car getting blasted from the wheels sticking out, you could get some bulk lamin-x and apply it right behind the front wheels and right before the rear wheels.

/\ I doubt you'll find anybody who makes a pre cut kit for an e30.

You have to buy in bulk sheets and cut whatever you need. I called lamin-x and I told them what I wanted to do and they sent the right amount.

I think they told me to mix baby shampoo in with the water to make it
                            easier to work with.

You also need a sharp excato knife of fresh razor blades, straight edge and an extra set of hands always helps so you don't drop the film on the floor, it's ruined once you do that.
