        Even though its not an E30 you can trick someone by saying it a facelift E30, thats why they called it E31, lol

                    I didn't have it imported, the guy brought it in (he brings in tons of nissan's and other shit), e's a part time car dealer. He happened to have this, it's getting close to winter, and he's liquidating a lot of his stock.

                    So needless to say, I picked this baby at a good price.....

                    It's a 850i, 60K Miles, ACS Package.... looking forward to getting it...

                    Not sure if the importation laws/regulations are the same in the US.

                      while it wouldn't be too difficult to legalize an e31 here, they are very definitely not the same.

                        uh, you can get an e31 here in the states no problem. they arent super rare or anything. i see atleast 2 or 3 a day and thats in oklahoma/kansas.
