Just took another look, removed timing cover and cap, it wasn't the timimng belt smoking luckily, it was the 2 little rubber plugs of the head. For some reason my cam gear is rubbing them real bad. So the cam gear is too close to the head.
What would cause this? Is there supposed to be a spacer in between the cam gear and the cam? Cause it seens like a spacer would solve my problem.
Its not possible to have the camshaft in too far is it?
Edit: I have been thinking things over and i think i put the rubber plugs in backward with the excess on the outside of the head when it needs to be inside maybe?
no spacer for the camshaft and you did put the rubber plugs in incorrectly. Did you check the plugs on the other end of the head too? Is the camshaft pulley and the plastics inside that installed correctly?

camshaft pulley and plastica are installed correctly, i fixed the rubber plugs but the timing belt is still rubbing something
