Do you notice a performance impact or change from tire/tube upgrades?

Sometimes.
I only notice differences when its wet out.. My Lithiums are totally useless in the rain.

Theres a lot to be done man. Pinarello stem, double straps, new sylvans on the way.
The Mercier rides really really nice. Farely tight track geometry. I can skid sitting down on it..

I want double straps, too. I just don't like the look of these single-gate straps.

BTW, am I using the correct term for that? The part that holds the strap over the top of your foot?

Its a 55cm. Super lightweight too. Good deal, but had the usual complete garbage attached to it. Stem, pedals, bars. It came with a fucking road bar for christs sake.

Same size as his. He's got about $1200 into it by now. The only thing original on that bike anymore is the frame.

I ran (rode) from the cops last night... My friends and I were out riding around without lights and two of us were out front of everyone and heard "WOOP!" and saw the lights, so we TOOK the FUCK OFF... turned down some low lit side streets and didn't see him again. It was so much fucking fun. haha I can't get another ticket...

Dude, at least get a pair of Knog Frogs, or the Spok lights, like I have.





Even if they don't make enough light for you to see, the point is people have to be able to see you. It's like $25 for a pair of either one.

Haha, yeah I know, I have lights, but didn't get them put on, plus we were just cruising around the neighborhood and didn't think it would be a problem. It was fun anyways haha.

Yeah you guys are right. Definitely BMX. Thats why I bought them at Sloan Powersports in Murfreesboro, TN. After I test rode some dirt bikes. no0bs
