That thing kinda looks like it has some sort of a threadless to threaded stem conversion?
EDIT: maybe its just rocking spacers in the threaded part of the headset?Comment

Hi Guys, My name is Brian, this is one of my first posts here on r3v. I think its cool you guys have a bicycle tread. I looking forward to the spring weather to get back on the trails.
