it doesn't wear the finish off the wheel? I have a pair of black velocity deep v's with a MSW front and it really kills the look of the wheel. I've been riding recently without a front brake but I'd like to run the front brake on long rides, hence the MSW front wheel.
its not ideal but it cant be workse than brakeless ya know? It will mar the finish and leave marks. You can also "machine" it with a file but that honeslty sounds like a PITA

damn I need to take new pics of my bikes. stepped up the game on the geared bike, my bianchi reparto corse is now full campy, shimano is gone. got all my friends into roadies down here, so within the past month my friends have gotten: old school carbon trek full campy, aluminum cannondale full campy, and lemond full campy. ill post some pics when I get back from philly
