My hand pump will go up to 150. It's a really nice pump though.

If you're pump is Swedish, thats probably the cause.
I would use Italian instead.
but seriously try using lower PSI. And see if it keeps happening.
Where is the break happening? Is it busting at the valve, or elsewhere?Comment

Oh, and my pump is african. Those swedish and italian ones are made for children."We praise or find fault, depending on which of the two provides more opportunity for our powers of judgement to shine."Comment

Hmm, and what kind of tubes you buying? What size? What size tires? What brand of tires?Comment

I hear those african ones cause some pretty nasty friction burns. Maybe that's why they keep blowing up.
But seriously, if you're maxing them out at 120 try using a lower psi as previously mentioned1989 Bronzit 325ia- Sold

I got a front flat saturday and a rear flat yesterday. yesterday it was 1am, on a bike path, pitch black, in a group of 100 riders. i was lucky, i had a tube, levers, and a 15 mil. a friend of mine was luckily nearby with a pump, and I was good to go.
I'm so sick of getting flats, I have Continental Grand Prix's. Baller tire. I think I'm gonna throw on the Kendas from my geared bike and see if my luck changesOriginally posted by bluntcan you get me a deal on cases of their (fiji) bottled water? i wash my 02 in that shitComment

which brings me to portable systems. the pumps with the hose, where you can put your foot on the pump, are the cat's meow. my buddy's has gotten me out of many a sticky situation
while I do bring a backpack with tube, levers, and 15mil, I also like the idea of that little pouch that hangs from the back bottom of the saddle. my roommates uncle uses a co2 cartridge system that's pretty nice. a bit pricey though.

Crazy shit!
Designer Bradford Waugh came up with Nulla (meaning “nothing”) as a way of making bikes more stylish and lightweight. Lacking spokes, it uses a direct-gear-chain drive system, which leaves the bike looking like a simple set of open curves. It should able to work on a smooth street. Not for any stunts or off road use.Comment
