Apparently the pedals. And if you don't like drop bars, those have got to go... Mr. Anderson just cut his and flipped them over to make them into bull horns.

SO im at work. Bored. Figured I'd go nab marketing's DSLR and go take pics of my bike.
The only reason there is a brake on it is because my road bike is down and the road to work is extremely crowded and down hill. People cannot drive in Nashville. Turned out I needed it this morning anyways in order to not die...
08 Windsor Matte Grey
Eleven81 half riser bar
Oury Grips
Chinese garbage stem
Kelrin (sp?) seat post, with stock seat
Ritchey Full Carbon Fiber fork and race, crown.
FSA crank arms and BB.
48t FSA chainring
Welgo pedals with MKS single straps and cages
Velocity Deep V wheels in bubble gum pink
-Gold nipples, black spokes
-Surly hub in front, milwauki hub in the rear
-Hand laced by myself and my friend, my friend trued them.
-Surly cog and lock ring (17t)
-Radial lace in the front, 3 cross in the rear.
Kenda tires (garbage)
KMC chain
I just redid my girlfriends bike completely. Thats where all my money went. :(
Watcha think? Color schemes can eat a dick and like I said tonight the brake comes off. New tubes for the road bike on the way..Comment

Rides like a dream. The frame is kind of heavy compared to what I was riding, but the cog and crankset is quality so its real smooth. I took Andy's advice and started riding 120psi in my tires. Big fuckin difference. Real rigid, but faster.Comment

Dia Compe front brake FTW. Tektro is ok, but kinda cheapish. First thing to upgrade on the Windsor is the pedals, for sure. The stock ones are SHIT, and hurt like hell. The seat is alright, but not very comfy, I just got a new one. The headset on mine is a threadless Ritchey, I'm not sure what other people got. And yes, the stock drops suck ass. And I do need to get some wheels, but those are later. These are fine for now.
And scabzzz, flip that stem over!Comment

Just did another Wednesday night ride tonight. We did about 15 miles through St. Pete and out to Treasure Island. It's really a lot of fun riding with a bigger group.-Erik
