That's a cute front end on your E30.

And by cute, I mean hammered dog shit.

Bike looks good, but now that saddle sticks out like a sore thumb. I guess there is always something to do.

I like my saddle, and it was dirt cheap.

I will probably get a new saddle later, but I like this one for now. I'm buying a new wheelset before I buy any other parts, tho.

Bought a 14t dura ace cog yesterday. Should be fast times.

God I hate not owning a bike! Has been so nice in LA and I have been wanting to ride almost every freaking day now that my bike is stolen!! I wish I would get my damn W-2 forms. :)

This is an extreme noob questions...forewarned.

I am not heavy into riding, nor have I ever been. I run. I'm bored of running and looking to invest in the bike world.

Seeing as how I am a beginner and would like a relatively cheap way to enter this field, what would you recommend if I wanted to be able to ride street with an occasional trek on the dirt?? Any info, pointers or whatever would be appreciated.

Forgot to mention I'm tall, probably 24" mountain bike frame.

Just got home from NYC and now that i know what im looking at, there are a TON of people riding fixed in NY. I saw probably 30 dudes on track bikes in about 10 hours. I wish we had flyers for f1x3d, it would have been to to do some promo...
