anyone else find it hard to start drinking some beer without the accommodation of food?

not really. for some beers, id prefer it with nothing so as to not change the taste. But with some, like a lager or dopplebock, i love some meat to go along with it.

o and a saison with chicken or turkey IS SO FUCKING BANGING.
