        Foothills Brewery Sexual Chocolate.

I happened to be down in Greensboro / Winston-Salem NC, looked up local breweries, found Foothills. The S.C. is a limited release, they make a few kegs and bottle the rest. Bar tender said that when they release the bottles for sale, people come to the bar the night before, drink a bunch until closing time and then go outside and stand in line for when they open the next morning. Bottles usually sell out by mid-morning. I was lucky enough to be there at teh right time when they still had it on tap.

9+% ABV. DARK. Chocolaty, smooth, excellent hop notes.

Just wish they had their Hefe on tap.... love that stuff.

This is my new favorite "cheap" beer. 10x better than Bud/Miller products IMO

It took us forever to get a few of those, unfortunately it's not their best IPA by a longshot.

I thought it WAS there best (d)IPA by a longshot.

I chose it over Hop slam in a blind taste recently while i was in boston.

Well i 'enjoyed' my enjoy by 4/01 last night and thought it was superb. SO fresh and green. And i have to agree with you, it was the best iipa from stone that i've had. The other typically available offerings are not equals. On tap at aromas wine bar this weekend for continued 'enjoyment'.

Hmm, maybe it's that I am not much of an IPA guy....but I did not think it was their best. I'm sort of a Stone fanboy.....

I actually have two more walls of Stone bottles and the big ass ones flank the TV in the living room.
