    this is bullshit

I'm so pissed right now. So I turned 21 a while ago and I am looking forward to my insurance drop. I spent some time today at the DMV to lookup my record to see what speeding tickets will drop too. The $210 a month for insurance is kicking me square in the balls right now and I almost can't afford it.

So I call up my insurance company today to see what my rates are going to be with the tickets that drop and me turning 21. I have the guy list off my violations so we can figure out whats coming up to the 3 year mark to get dropped. He then tells me the one thats hurting me bad is my "accident" on nov 14th 2004 which will drop soon, its 3 points on my record. Wtf I think... I have only been in 1 accident and that was last year.

It was my fucking m3.... FUCK THAT. It was when I hit the fucking dug up manhole on this shit ass fucking new road the city built and didn't feel the fucking need to put up signs saying the manhole was dug up, no cones, no lights, no warning, no nothing.

That was NOT my fucking fault. I clearly remember asking my insurance agent multiple times if this will count against me if I report it, he told me no. Well the state seems to think otherwise and theres nothing the insurance company can do about it, I can only take it up with the state.

So I am fucking pissed now, I have been paying for 3 years for shit that wasn't my fault at all.

I don't know what I am going to do, but I am probably gonna get some legal help, this is bullshit. Someone is gonna pay for this, and its not going to be me.

That stacked on top of the measly $5100 I got for my m3 sucks ass, wasn't even fucking worth it to report had I known all this shit was gonna hit the fan.

Talk with a lawyer. I'm sure there is something that can be done.

Why would you take it up with the state? Do you have documentation to prove, that your insurance agent advised you otherwise?

I think you are shit out of luck.

I am tempted to lawyer up because I am sick of this bullshit. It was bad enough I only got $5100 for my car, but now I find out I have been paying out my ass for this "accident" the whole time just puts me over.

The state should have paid for my car in the beginning. It was their shit ass road that broke it, not me.
