Sac guys - glass spill, I-5, N of sac on 13th

So I got at least one tire DOA cause of driving through a glass spill. This is not the spill that happened on the 5th that was on the news - rather this was on the 13th I believe, and it was on I-5 north of sac if I remember.

Anyone have any info on this - the CHP is giving me the run around.

I want the trucking company (it was a big rig carrying glass) to pay for this.

Thanks... time to check the other three tires - all brand new.
