Hi everyone.
I have been lurking on here, posting once in a while asking questions...I never really got to introduce myself so I figured today, Thanksgiving day, would be a good opportunity since I'm home, relaxed, and not stressing about other things I should be doing with work/house/bikes....I'm relaxed.
I got an E30 this summer, in August. This car is a little project for me to use as my primary everyday car and sell my Volvo V70 which I'm really tired of. Nice car, but not what I was expecting, having owned 2 Volvos previously...disappointed, I am. So I picked up this E30 (which I'm sure some of you have seen pics of..I have a thread on here that I should actually update soon) for $450...lady owned...nice straight up car...no computers, no EET degree needed to jump it...user friendly I call it. Fun as HELL to drive, even as an auto-MaJiK, but that may eventualy change.
My car background is mainly Volvo and VW. I am also a 'retired' bicycle racer from road and cyclocross, and always have a bike project going on. My profession is construction project management...thinking of getting an Architectural license (currently researching). I've also moved around a bit: born overseas in Europe, then settled in PA, MA, and now NY about 1 hour away from NYC.
So...without further rambling..
