    Steering Ratio

Ok, this question is on my final and I don't know how to do it. We never learned how to calculate the steering ratio in class, its not even in our book how to do the math on it. Nor can I find on google how to do it...

"While discussing Steering Ratio: Technician A says steering ratio is the relationship between the degrees of steering wheel rotation and the degrees of front wheel movement to the left or to the right. Technician B says if the lock-to-lock steering rotation is 2.5 turns, and the total front wheel movement is 60 degrees, the steering ratio is 17:1. Who is correct?"

    A. Technician A only
    B. Technician B only
    C. Both
    D. Neither

    Err, is it 15:1?

    360 * 2.5 = 900
    900 / 60 = 15

    15:1 ?

I'm inclined to say neither - but I don't know the answer. I always thought steering ratios were in 360/360 format - if you know what I mean.
