I agree they should use a camaro but since Chevy quit making them in the mid to late 90's, it's going to make that a bit hard to do. I am sure they are wanting a new updated look in the car and a roughly 10 year old camaro doesnt do it for them. So I am sure thats why they are using the new mustang for the LAME tv movie that this will be.

Shoulda got a Camaro like Transformers did, but hey, Made for TV = low-budget. Those "Bars" across the lights where a design element from the mustang/shelby concept cat. gt500 er something, it was yellow and black though.

the Viper wasnt a KITT. That was some 'other' spinoff tv show like Street Rider and Air Wolf and those other talking car shows. It looked cool when in 4x4 mode ;)
