I'm going to Whistler in a month and don't know any good spots to stay. Planning on staying there for 5 days and snowboard for about 4 of them. Any spots that are close to good night life?
Good spots to stay in Whistler Canada?

I've stayed in a few hotels in the village. They're all pretty decent. But, as with everything, if you want a nice room you will pay for it. The only name I remember is the Coast Whistler. It was a decent hotel, but my friends and I got kicked out (long story), so I will never go there again. I may burn it to the ground someday too.
Have you ever been there? If not, you'll be pleasantly surprised, the mountain is amazing.

Are you going for college weekend? I stayed at The Coast 2 years ago and it was not bad. It is relatively close to town and like a 5 minute walk from the Whister Gondala. The As long as you find a spot in town you will be happy. The closer the better. Last year we had a hotel on Blackcomb mountain, which was really nice because it was a ski in / ski out, but come 3:30 when the mountain closed we were quite a ways from the in-town action. There is a shuttle service, but its lame waiting at the bus stop in 15 degree weather when you could already be in your hotel. At this point I wouldn't be too selective, as they are probably nearly booked. Good luck, cya in a month if you make it :PI've stayed in a few hotels in the village. They're all pretty decent.
