How to get an ebay Id?

Anyone know how to get someones Ebay ID? I need to catch someone doing shady shit, and ebay wont let me get the ID without being in a transaction. Theres gotta be a way besides guessing their ID. And I do know his email addy....

once you enter their email address it will take you to a confirmation screen where you enter a series of numbers and then it should take you to their id info. Then you can do a search on that ID and find what they have listed at that time

For privacy purposes, it is eBay's policy that User IDs are not revealed to members who are not involved in current or recent transactions with each other.


Thats wher eI initially went for the information. Its still not giving me an ID, or letting me view his ended items. As far as explaining this a little better, I cant give more details. But Im just trying to plug in someones email address, which I do know. And I want to get their Ebay ID from this email address, so I can view their ended items.

Ebay has it specifically setup so you can't do this if you haven't had a recent transaction.

I found the ID, now the past items are too old to find out what they were. I assume there is now ay around that, now is there? lol

NO ! once a certain amount of time has passed it gets deleted from their system.
