Nice day for a trip to the zoo

Some dude is sitting in a zoo cafe, minding his own business. Next thing you know he's being mauled by a tiger. Absolutely nuts. http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/12/25/tig...ack/index.html

Saw that. Ouch!!! If the guy had sipped a beer in a strip joint, minding his own business, frisked by a honey, he would still be alive.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

ahahahaha, nice! They had to reiterate on the evening news that all dangerous animals at the Phoenix Zoo had a safe wall in place around them as well as escape exits(wtf?)so no attendees should fear.

i heard on the news today that the three males had scaled the 4' barrier, and over an 18' fence, and were taunting the tiger. the tiger killed one of them, escaped, then stalked down the other 2 and attacked them in the cafe.
i guess last year the same tiger had attacked one of the trainers and tore part of her arm off

I heard that story too in the break room at work, apparently one of the guys' shoes and perhaps foot/leg, but at least a lot of blood, was found inside the enclosed area. It's like the tiger grabbed his leg and helped itself to pulling itself out.

yeah, my GF lives like 6 blocks from the Zoo, she called me like an hour after it happened to tell me about it, crazy.

PS: i have a good friend of the family from India, he says that in India, once a tiger attacks a human and tastes the flesh, the automatically kill it, b/c it is now a man-eater. that tiger at the Zoo has a history of attacking humans, so it was just a matter of time.

fucking dumb asses!! that's called natural selection. it was pretty amazing how the tiger then tracked down ther other 2 guys specifically. must have told him to fuck off and he took it personally.

about 15 or so years ago we had a couple of drunk cowboys decide they were going to ride the rinos here at the phx zoo rodeo style. (it was after hours IIRC). smashed and trampled both of them to death. duh!

                        can you imagine this tiger

sitting in it's cage watching all these hairless apes waltz by day after day

then finally one day it gets to eat one

                        how triumphant!

I couldn't help but laugh when I saw this on the news this morning, and they were talking to the parents of the guy that got killed.

In 5 or so years, when they've mourned and moved forward with their lives, they'll have to talk about it at some point. Someone will ask, "How did your son die?"

And they'll have to reply, "He was eaten by a tiger."

That is pretty funny. Everyone will think they are joking - but when it turns out to be true they will feel really bad but joke about it later.
