Apparently the total loss cars are going to be crushed! WTF.... give me their number and I'll drive there tomorrow with a flat bed and pick them up instead of going in the crusher. Yeah no shit, about the parts. Unfortunately BMW doesn't really care about that, and the liability of total loss vehicles being just given away or sold cheaply by auction is too great. I'd have loved to see some cheap V8's available. There's all sorts of brand new perfect parts on those cars. It's sad.Comment

It depends, it can be shipping on destination or on leaving port. Companies can do it both ways, whichever way it goes determines who is liable. If its destination then the shipping company is, which it sounds like this is, but sometimes it can be otherwise.Comment
