Can't find song's title on Google, can R3V help?

I was at an Incubus concert in summer of '07 and heard this kinda cheezy techno-like song playing before the concert actaully started, like a radio feed or whatever playing through the speakers during sound check.

"smoke screens and laser beams" is all I can remember from it.

A girl was singing, somewhat generic techno-girl voice, all echoed and light, like something from the 90's. (sounds like Ladytron if anyone knows them, lol)

Any help? I have google'd like hell and am now going to pick your brains. THANKS GUYS!

It was artist Debbie Deb, "Lookout Weekend."

I was at my local fair the other night and heard the whole CD cycling several times on a fun-house ride or something, so I recorded that shit on my phone and Google'd what I heard later.
