Don't get me wrong, I love teaching, I don't like to fly crap and it seems like every flight school I've ever looked at skimps on equipment.

True, true...

I'll be up there with you, I'm getting my CFI as soon as I graduate to make a *small* amount of cash before/during flight school. And, the Navy's still flying T-34s made in the '60s- it's not just the small schools that use shitty equipment.

Yeah, the hum of the server room still haunts me. Good thing I finished a summer's worth of projects in a few weeks and moved into a different area.
