Think about it this way: What if your Ford could only be driven on roads built by Ford? and your Chevy could only be driven on roads built by GM? It would be a complete catastrofuck. There would be redundant roads everywhere and cars would cost a fortune.

I don't mind the carriers here. On Sprint I have my PDA phone which works fine with a hacked ROM.

For my personal AT&T phone, I just have an unlocked K810i that I bought in Manila. Does just about everything, and no features are removed.

I always knew you loved yuppie, starbucks drinking, volkswagen driving tools. I say this whilst typing on my Macbook Pro. I didn't say i hate apple, but from my experiences the iPhone has been a big salty piece of shit. I think my biggest beef is with AT&T, because i would probably purchase an iPhone if t-mobile released it.

I have hated every nokia piece of shit that i have owned. I had 3 within the first year and a half of my service, and each sucked that much more than the last. As of right now I will stick to samsung, as i have only had one fail ever in the last 4 years.
