    Name that part

    I don't have a picture of it, but under the throttle body on the left-most (looking at the butterfly) nipple there is a rubber hose that attaches to a large round electrical piece with a connector going into it. What is that called? It's escaping me.

            Can anyone find a part number? I believe you guys are right because it's got a strong gas smell coming from it. The boot is worn out and degraded and just falls off of that nipple which is causing a nasty vacuum leak.

                  If your car is later than 11/88 then it will have the T shaped one and not the L shaped one like in the pic .

                    It's not the idle control valve. That's on the intake boot. This is on the BOTTOM of the throttle body. As in under the intake manifold. I think shiboujin may have gotten it, I'm going to go take another look.
