Many researchers believe that PMS is psychosomatic, and is merely a biproduct of the negative stigma associated with a woman's menstrual cycle. The idea is that if women weren't so ashamed of their menstruation, they wouldn't be so irritable, whiny, bitchy, emotional, etc. prior to and during those eventful four days. That said, if baking some bloody vagina cup cakes were to successfully remedy the symptoms of PMS, I would definitely be a proponent. Uncanny cupcakes vs. wrathful period-ridden women...that's a no-brainer for me.
lol, I would have to agree with that. However, it is a vicious circle. We men learn to shun the cycle because we know what kind of hell we are in for and this feeds on the woman's psychosomatic pressures. They think it is because of the bleeding, but it isn't. It is because of the beating we take the week before.

...and end up here reading the opinions of a bunch of BMW enthusiasts. Of all people to talk about PMSing, right?

Good point, and well taken.... but considering the drastic hormone shifts during that time, I'd be hard pressed to think that it's all in their (women's) heads. Maybe somewhat, but certainly not all.

Either way, less angry women FTW!

Thankfully they did print it. I wasn't sure if they would, but obviously someone at the editorial board thought I was funny.

So far I've had 1 random dude on Facebook give me props, and lots of friends telling me they liked it, but no negative responses (yet).
