Ive got a bunch of crap and dont know what to do with it

What do you do with a garage and side yard full of car parts? Some work some dont, but we cant figure out whats worth something, and what not without being able to throw shit away.

Now, the trash collectors wont take it, so we cant order a dumpster from them. I have called a couple other places, like 1800gotjunk, and they wont take car parts. Anyone know a solution to my problema, short of driving everything to a scrap metal yard myselt, as its hard to do with just an e30.

Once I can get this figured out, I can sell a ridiculous amount of parts here for dirt cheap, so any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Devon

I realize this, but cannot get to the parts that are worth money, without removing the parts that are trash.

        1. Pull up with your (or a borrowed) truck.
        2. Load shit up.
        3. Take it to transfer station, or if it's just metal, take it to a recycler.

        Done.

Yeah, guess its time to go rent a truck. Was hoping there was a company out there who would come get this shit.

Look in some local (free) classified ads and there are usually guys who will come pick anything up and haul off. Maybe for a small fee but usually if they are qualify for scrap metal they will haul off for free.

Good call, maybe an ad on CL.

Local convenience stores here sell a free classified paper that has a section for people looking for this type of service. Not sure if you guys have anything like that out there but worth looking into as well.

I know it's been said already, but find a friend with a pickup or rent one, and take all the trash to the landfill. There is something incredibly fun about hucking heavy-ass car parts as hard as you can into the dump and breaking whatever you can in the process.

Devon, maybe we can work out a trade for some of your useful parts. I have a Dodge Dakota R/T that just sits that you're more than welcome to use for a day or three to get your area cleaned up. It's not pretty but it has a 5.9L V8 and a Line-X bedliner, so hauling stuff is not an issue.

I'm getting ready to sell it, but until then I have no problem letting someone borrow it. We'd have to work something out so that you don't bail with my truck, but beyond that I'm willing to lend it to you.

PS. If you'd rather do a Uhaul my wife's little brother works at the one in San Jacinto.

Here it is hauling a car back from Ben Carufel's house.

If any of the junk you're looking to get rid of happens to be E30 suspension parts, please let me know before you throw it away. I need spare stuff.

Yeah, I will have to go through it all, and see what is there. But there are heads, and blocks, and exhaust, and wheels, and the list goes on and on.

That is a dam generous offer, and I might just have to take you up on that. Maybe trade the truck for the e30 for a weekend or something like that.
