Well my goal is to be in a bodybuilding competition in a year so...today I had for lunch...Bulking
2 8oz pieces of chicken (grilled)
big bowl of brown rice
2 ham sandwiches on wheat bread w/ Franks hot sauce
bowl of fruit
Real Gains shake (540 cals)
