      You feel GREAT when you go vegan. I still try and avoid dairy (cheese,milk, etc) but meet is just too damned good sometimes. If you can stick with the vegan thing is really does work great. My roomate has been on it for about a month and half and dropped a grip of weight.

      Shit is expensive though when you go vegan...

        for dinner tonight though, im having chile verde enchiladas with spanish rice, refried beans and probably a burrito.

        i eat a lot.

                I want some steak burritos now...good thing lunch on friday is mexican. :)

                Today a little healthier menu
                glazed chicken breast sandwich
                potato, green beans
                fruit salad (pineapple,pear, peach, grape, mandarin oranges, cherry, cottage cheese and some whipping cream)

                              I've been on a tortilla kick lately too.

                              Last night it was Seafood Enchiladas. I cook the shrimp and scallops for a couple of minutes in a brine with bay leaves in it. Cilantro and a little green onion in the sauce.

                              The real joy is in making your own sauces and getting the synergy of the spices correct.

                              The enchiladas were delicious and paired well with a bottle of Pinot Gris.

                              As for lunch today - well, not so exciting. A small salad and a bowl of some home made Pumpkin soup.
