      most are artificial creamers so no milk in them to spoil.

        the ones here at work say they're half and half
        but obviously, they don't have ingredients listed on them.
        and i can't find the box to find that information.
        i was just curious/baffled.
        so if there isn't any milk in them, what do you think they are made of? soy maybe?

              you're talking about individual serving size half and half, right? Like in the little plastic cup with a peelable foil lid? Those are shelf stabilized. Most likely in a similar fashion to Parmalat milk.

                    It's done by ultra-pasteurization. Many European countries have 'long-life' milk that does not need to be refrigerated until opened, and has a very long shelf life.
