How much would you pay for a:

1985 e28 535i
270k
bronzit
black interior
5 speed (wont go into 5th gear, hard to get into reverse)
short shifter
chipped
e34 seats, power, heated
e34 wheels with newish tires or m-contours with good tires

replacements within the last year:
-water pump
-all belts
-exhaust valve and adjuster
-thermostat
-heater core
-fuel pump
-fpr
-injectors
-afm

The good:
-engine stills pulls strong showing no signs of weakness, good compression
-no clunks from the rear end (very common to have bad sub-frame -bushings/diff bushings)
-modified air box (two 2 inch holes)
-I will adjust the valves prior to sale
-I will weld up the exhaust leak at buyers request (its not to bad but a piece of heat shielding needs to be cut away to get to the hole)

The bad:
-dash is cracked in many places
-needs a transmission
-rear seats faded
-small hole in left drivers bolster
-sunroof only pops up, wont open.
-power locks don't work, all doors/trunk lock and unlock fine, just individually.


So how much would you pay for it:
as-is?
replaced tranny?
with m-contours w/ good tires?
replaced tranny and m-contours?
