            Actually happened with a monitor (big TV sans cable card) we shipped out when I worked for a security/communications company. Fucker came back and a good foot deep's worth of corner was missing from the box and a few inches from the edge of the monitor. Not to mention there was a nice separation of the bezel from the impact.

            They tried to say it was improperly packed despite the fact that it was in 4" foam inside of a double walled box with pallet straps on it. It took 3 weeks to get them to admit fault. And we shipped probably a couple hundred pieces a day with them. Lord knows how they will fuck over someone without an account.

            That shit must have fallen out at highway speeds.

              I've had one of those before too, but the package was still on time. They usually get them re routed pretty quickly.
