We didn't have time but you could have caught a train if you had free time and then done the Ring Taxi. It was a study abroad trip for only a week with only 1 free day and some partials. If someone is in Bavaria, I'd say check out Austria or Switzerland when you are there just because they are close.

Ely, if it is 4 in a case that would be a better deal than in Bavaria. I think I spent about $4.00 each in a small shop for just 12oz Becks bottles or something, with the exchange rate...

I got two half liters now along with some Ayinger Brewery beer that I picked up for a decent price. Maybe tonight for St. Pattys or later in the week
