What is a euro key?

I checked realoem, and couldn't find it. Here is a pic...

Anyone know what it is, and what its used for?

Isn't that for that secondary door lock, under the standard lock that I've seen on some euro E30s?

It's a 15x7" basketweave key with herringbone cloth sport seats, chrome bumpers and smileys.........
