    UBUNTU 7.04, WINDOWS OS(2000,xp,vista) OR MAC OS?

    I say HELL NAH TO WINDOWS AND HELL YEAH TO UBUNTU AND MAC OS.


    you can run virtuozzo or vmware on UBUNTU to run other OS over Linux... OPEN SOURCE FO LIFE!

            Kubutntu 7.10 here. Pretty neat so far. Dual booting with XP so I can use the Adobe stuff still.

                    Pretty much. It's about as close to plug and play that Linux comes.

                    The support for Ubuntu is quite good, if you run into a problem you're pretty much guaranteed to not be alone, and a solution waiting for you.

                    I run Ubuntu 7.10 32 and 64 bit on my various machines. Works like a champ.

                    Sure beats Vista.

                            I run Linux Mint XFCE here. Its just a derivative of Ubuntu but much better equipped.
