I'd probably agree that I have a mild addiction to the internet. Sometimes I'm happy to be away from the computer working on my car or something, but it can still be so hard to turn it off and go to bed. Anyway, I transferred to university this semester where I'm seeing people with laptops EVERYWHERE on Facebook or whatnot and it made me feel like i'm not alone. People can't seem to be away from a computer for more than one class period. I like observing behavior trends and this one has really got me thinking about what its impact is going to be like.
edit: also, cell phones. I see people riding the bus checking their cell phone every minute or so to see if they've gotten a text message or not. wtf
