    shopping at walmart

ive never stepped foot in a walmart except once to buy Mobil1 15/50 on sale.
recently i transferred some prescriptions for my wifes asthma and some gonorrhea medicine for myself to walmart because of 4 dollar prescriptions . i have to drive 12 miles outside the comfort and security of gods country to get to a walmart. once there i felt like i was walking into a 3rd world country. the fucking place was filthy and the employees snarl at me like the filthy infidel i am. it cant be just this one walmart can it? im not sure i am up for this task once a month.

Not just your walmarts. Not sure how south you live, but I'm in Texas, You pretty much need a passport to walk in one. All you see are big pregnant Mexicans screaming gibberish to their 15 kids running around everywhere. It seems clean though.

I know what you are saying. Every time I walk into one I think "HOW THE FUCK DID WE EVER GET TO THE MOON WITH 90% OF THE POPULATION BEING RETARDED???" - then I realize that how hard 10% of people have to work.

But hey, don't look at is as a bad thing. It's like a circus freak show you don't have to pay to go into.

i dont really give a fuck what color people are or where they hail from. but if you choose to work with the public then learn the fucking language and put a smile on your face and treat customers as if they are your friends. i want to reach across the cash register and choke a bitch out next time she acts like shes doing me a favor taking my money and then grunting at me instead of smiling and saying thank you.

nope it's not all of them, there are 2 that are different....

This is the one here in N Dallas... Check this out!

"Some changes: the aisles are very wide and open and some even have cut-throughs so shoppers don't have to circle around the end.

There is a selection of fresh sushi, and a beer and wine selection one would expect to find at a liquor store with 1,200 different varieties available. A computer can tell shoppers which of the hundreds of wines go with which foods. And there are 500 items that are either all natural or organic."

"In electronics, there's an entire wall of the latest flat-screen TVs."

"At a coffee shop at the entrance, customers can get a cappuccino or a latte, take it with them as they shop, or take a break in a big cozy chair and surf the Internet on the store's Wi-Fi system.

The restroom is definitely not like anything customers have seen at a Wal-Mart before: There are flowers in the ladies' restroom, plus there's a potty designed especially for children.

The men's room is nice, but pretty standard stuff: no flowers."

                        They have begun in SoCal.

                        Also here, Virginia.

                        Wal-Mart Supercenter
Wal-Mart Supercenters are hypermarkets with size varying from 98,000 square feet (9,104.5 m²) to 261,000 square feet (24,247.7 m²), with an average of about 197,000 square feet (18,301.9 m²).[28] These stock everything a Wal-Mart Discount Store does, and also include a full-service supermarket, including meat and poultry, baked goods, delicatessen, frozen foods, dairy products, garden produce, and fresh seafood. Many Wal-Mart Supercenters also have a garden center, pet shop, pharmacy, Tire & Lube Express, optical center, one-hour photo processing lab, portrait studio, and numerous alcove shops, such as cellular phone stores, hair and nail salons, video rental stores, local bank branches, and fast food outlets. Some also sell gasoline; distributors include Murphy Oil Corporation (whose Wal-Mart stations are branded as "Murphy USA"), Sunoco, Inc. ("Optima"), or Tesoro Corporation ("Mirastar").[31]

The first Supercenter opened in 1988 in Washington, Missouri. A similar concept, Hypermart USA, opened in Garland, Texas a year earlier. All of the Hypermart USA stores were later closed or converted into Supercenters.

As of January 31, 2008, there were 2,447 Wal-Mart Supercenters in the United States.[33] The nation's largest Supercenter, covering 260,000 square feet and two floors, is located in Crossgates Commons in Albany, New York.[34]

Every Wal-mart in the metroplex here is a super Wal-mart. Basically they just add the grocery side of things and a few other joints. There are also smaller 'neighborhood' Walmarts around as well.

The Wal-Mart we have tore down the K-mart that went out of business. And put a Super Wal-Mart in it's place.

Wal-mart is one of the most depressing places ever. everyone in that store hates life.
