Get a Creative and call it a day.

The only reason the iPod is so popular is because of good marketing, NOT because they are the best mp3 player out there.

Already have AVG installed...and nothing fishy has shown up...

You guys are right Winamp does support iPod's.

New issue though, I keep hearing my iPod trying to boot up but stops, and restarts.

    This fucking thing sucks.

started a topic iTunes blows the big one

    iTunes blows the big one

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows XP on my comp and have finally got around to installing iTunes.

So the first thing that annoys the fuck out of me is the fact that iTunes is paired with Quicktime...I have or rather HAD Quicktime Pro 5.5 installed, and the iTunes install gets rid of any previous versions. :curse:

Next thing that just blew my fucking top.

After I installed iTunes it wouldn't recognize my god damn iPod...in fact my computer would just hang when I tried to load "My Computer" to see if Windows was detecting the drive at all.

So I'm like fuck it, maybe I need to restart it one more time...

That doesn't work...same shit happens...computer just hangs there.

I try to remove the hardware "safely" but that also freezes...my patience is wearing thin by this time and I just decide fuck it, I'm just going to pull it.

The second I do that, the computer wakes up!

Sooo I reboot and my fucking iPod has been completely formatted...no play lists, no music, no nothing. :hitler:

FUCK iTunes and fuck Apple software. :curse:

I was patient with this piece of shit of a program but thats it...
Working...
