Seems as though he has shafted some guys in a group buy to the tune of $4k+ total !!! I was lucky enough to get a refund through a paypal claim when he had some money in his account, but others have not been so lucky. And this has been going on for 2+ months now...

edit-- okay found the sway bar thread and browsed through it. Looks like things are clearing up? Just looks like a case where a kid who works at a shop setup a group buy through them, then slacked hardcore on customer service.
