I'm not a Toronto Maple Leaf fan... My brothers car is offically written off today. Where the engine mounts connect to the frame is bent and torn, and the transmission mounts sheared off the transmission. He's going to look at e36's. He's not mad at me, he said "It's just a car, I can find another one, I know you didn't mean to do it so don't be upset about it." That made me feel a lot better. Now I need to get off 2 speeding tickets and i'll be able to manage with 2 at fault accidents in 3 years. I can handle this I just need to get the money situation under control. I need to pay my mom back 300$ for the 318is I scored (which if worse comes to worse I can sell one of my e30's) pay off a visa bill and 3 cell phone bills. My brother had zero deductable insuruance so I don't have to pay a deductable.

Theres a MaxBimmer cruise on sunday I really really want to go on but its 350km and thats a full 70$ tank of gas.. I don't know.

Insurance is crap man, I wish that it was cheaper, insurance in quebec is like 300$ a year! I pay almost that per month! It should be a government controlled service, its essential like healthcare so why not..

Just be glad that no one got hurt. Then you would be liable for their injury expenses. Not to mention you have a strong case here. You took pictures, great job, and they have the interviews of all the drivers. You have the drivers of the first car there to back you up. The worst part about this is your brothers car and what the insurance might do. I've totaled a car and have 3 points on my license and insurance is doing anything but screwing me. Just breathe as stated before and just take it as it comes.
